What is a Tendrel Forum?
As a Catalyst 2030 member, you’ll have the opportunity to join a Tendrel Forum. A Tendrel Forum is a small group of social impact leaders who meet regularly in a safe and confidential space. Members learn from the expansive knowledge and experiences—both successes and failures—of peers who have dealt with similar situations to their own.
Forum members meet regularly to exchange ideas and experiences on the issues that matter most to them. With evidence-based methods of leadership development, a Forum helps social impact leaders to develop the personal and professional skill set needed to lead effectively.
Together we are better leaders, make better decisions and drive greater change than any of us could on our own.

How does it work?
A Forum is composed of six to nine members. One or two member(s) assume the role of moderator. The moderator is trained in the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) methodology to create a constructive environment where peers support one another in their personal and professional challenges.
Once a Forum is established and settled, members shape the context and content of the meetings according to their needs. Each Forum decides how often it will meet.

- Contact the moderator if there is one already in place
- Otherwise, contact the Community Building and Engagement team and they will put you in touch with a Forum
